Bhabha requests that Madhava Rao's services be loaned for a year by Mysore University, in order to learn of the latest developments in quantum theory, and attend a course of lectures due to be given by Wolfgang Pauli, from 1st November 1952. Further correspondence regards the terms of the leave from Mysore University, and details regarding the pay scale, due to having to maintain two residences, one in Bombay, and the other in Bangalore.
