Additional note, May 30, 2025: The author of the contents of this folder, Paul Nurse, visited the Archives at NCBS on May 28, 2025. He noted that the older signature (in black ink) on the first two pages of the folder (letters dates March 9, 2000, and May 11, 2000) was not his signature, and likely one that his secretary did on his behalf. As he is the rights holder for the two letters, the Archives at NCBS allowed him to annotate directly on the two letters with his accurate signature (in blue ink). As of date, the digital preservation files for this folder retain the older records, and do not include the version with the additional accurate signature (in blue ink).
